Registration for the 2025 BBCA Christmas Reception is now open!
On behalf of the British Deputy Ambassador Elizabeth McKinnell MBE and the Brussels British Community Association (BBCA) we invite you to a Christmas Reception for members and friends of the British Community to be held on the evening of Monday 15 December 2025 in central Brussels.
To reserve your place(s) at this event, please RSVP by email to bbca.newsandevents@gmail.com listing the names of all guests in your party. All attendees will be required to bring a valid ID with them to the event (ID carte/ Carte de Sejour/ Passport) that will be checked at the door. If you, or any of your party, have mobility issues, please also indicate this in your reply.
To complete your reservation, please pay €25 (BBCA members) or €30 (non-BBCA members) per guest to the BBCA Bank Account at Fortis BE36 0014 4200 0481 mentioning 'Xmas Reception 2025 ’ and the name(s) of your party on your transfer.
During the evening there will be festive entertainment and our usual charity raffle with great prizes.
Reservations will be accepted on a first paid/ first served basis and are only confirmed when payment has been made. Reservations will be accepted up to 18h00 on Tuesday 9 December 2025 or until the capacity of the venue is reached, whichever is earliest.
