This information includes a range of useful links and resources, and our News and Events page on the website and the BBCA Facebook page are good ways to keep informed of the latest developments and issues in Belgium. Don’t forget the CHS Helpline is also available 24/7 and is not only for advice but also for a friendly chat. The CHS Helpline is staffed by carefully selected and trained volunteers. Helplines in Belgium remain open. If you need advice, support or someone to talk to, you can call anytime.
You can also use the national language based Télé-Accueil. This anonymous , person-to-person encounter is confidential and brief . The person listening to you can also inform you and direct you to other services, respecting your pace and choices. The listening service is offered by teams of volunteers, trained and supervised by professionals.
