Notice for the BBCA Annual General Meeting – Tuesday 25 May 2021 from 18h30

Once again the current Covid-19 restrictions will mean that it will not be possible to hold the BBCA Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the British Chamber of Commerce in the normal way, which is most unfortunate. The Board considers it very important that the resolutions normally considered at the AGM can be voted on and the consequent appointments made. To delay the process until things become easier and social gatherings are once again permitted would not be helpful to the normal running of the Association. 

We have therefore decided to hold the meeting online via ZOOM . Any voting will also take place online and we will send out the instructions on this aspect in due course.

We all hope that as the vaccine roll out gathers pace we will soon be able to gather in greater numbers again. In the meantime we look forward to your presence at this important meeting.
