According to a new international report published today by the World Health Organisation, UNICEF and The Lancet, Belgium is the eighth best country in the world to bring up children.

Belgium ranked ahead of its neighbouring countries (10th), Luxembourg (11th) and Germany (14th) with the top seven countries being Norway, followed by South Korea, the Netherlands, France, Ireland, Denmark and Japan.
